Damage resulting from normal wear and tear items (such as light bulb, filter, flexible
hose, rubber gasket etc.)
|
2.
|
Damage on external finishing (discoloring after prolong usage), accessories, external,
removable and/or breakable items (i.e. glass door, tray, burner grid, rotisserie
kit, batteries, knobs, oil cup, end cap, evaporator pan, strainer, enameled/chromes/stainless
steel surface/finishing)
|
3.
|
Damage resulting from the act of neglect or misuse or default or unauthorized service,transportation,
improper installation, disassembly, alteration and modification by any unauthorized
party.
|
4.
|
Damage caused directly or indirectly by acts of Government strikes, lockout, fire
explosion, attack of household pests, act of God, lightning, flood, pollution or
any cause beyond the control of Fotile Marketing Sdn Bhd.
|
5.
|
Abnormal voltage or the use of a generator and/or used not in accordance to the
instruction manuals.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
1.
|
This warranty is valid only if the registration is completed and successfully send
back to Fotile Marketing Sdn Bhd.
|
2.
|
This warranty is effective for products purchased from authorized dealers of Fotile
Marketing Sdn Bhd in Malaysia only.
|
3.
|
The warranty is non-transferable.
|
4.
|
Customers shall follow all operating and routine maintenance specification/ requirement
provided in the user manual.
|
5.
|
The warranty is against defective parts and manufacturing fault only. Fotile shall
at sole discretion either repair the product or replace it with the equivalent product.
Fotile may use new and/or reconditioned parts made by various manufacturers in performing
warranty. In the case of repair or replacement, Fotile shall own all the parts removed
from the product.

No Fotile products are to be repaired or serviced by any party other than Fotile's
appointed technical consultant. Our technical consultant has the right and authority
to impose service charge(s)/ to decline (deny or reject) repair of the product if
the warranty card is failed to be presented by the customer when service is required.
|
7.
|
Warranty period, three (3) years for hood, one (1) year for hob, oven and sterilizer from the date of purchase.
