1. This warranty is valid upon completion of registration and successful submission to FOTILE Marketing Sdn Bhd or through online registration at http://warranty.fotile.com.my
2. This warranty is effective for products purchased from authorized dealers of FOTILE Marketing Sdn Bhd in Malaysia only.
3. The warranty is non-transferable.
4. Customers shall follow all operating and routine maintenance specification/ requirement provided in the user manual.
5. The warranty is against defective parts and manufacturing fault only. FOTILE shall at sole discretion either repair the product or replace it with the equivalent product. FOTILE may use new and/or reconditioned parts made by various manufacturers in performing warranty. In the case of repair or replacement, FOTILE shall own all the parts removed from the product.
6. No FOTILE products are to be repaired or serviced by any party other than FOTILE's appointed technical consultant. Our technical consultant has the right and authority to impose service charge(s)/ to decline (deny or reject) repair of the product if the warranty registration failed to be done by the customer upon purchase.
7. Warranty Period:
Range Hood - 3 years for general parts, 10 years for motor*
Gas Hob – 2 years for general parts, 10 years for tempered glass**
Induction Hob, Electric Hob, Oven, Microwave Oven, Steam Oven, Combi Oven, Dishwasher – 2 years for general parts
One Oven Series – 1 year for general parts
*10 years warranty on range hood’s motor is applicable only for manufacturer defects and one (1) time claim after 3 years general warranty. (Labour and transport charges shall apply).
**10 years warranty on gas hob’s tempered glass is applicable only for manufacturer defects and one (1) time replacement of glass top after 2 years general warranty. (Labour and transport charges shall apply).
8. The warranty provided by FOTILE Marketing Sdn Bhd shall apply to manufacturing defects and cover for domestic / household use only. It covers the cost of parts, labour, and transport.

I hereby agreed, acknowledged and consented to Fotile Marketing Sdn Bhd (FMSB) and their business partners to collect, to use and to process my personal data (as defined in the Personal Data Protection Act) for warranty, sales, service and marketing purpose so as to enable FMSB to keep me informed at any updates/information with refer to FMSB’s events, products, services and marketing information.
 
   
 
1. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear items (such as light bulb, filter, flexible hose, rubber gasket etc).
2. Damage on external finishing (discoloring after prolong usage), accessories, external, removable and/or breakable items (i.e. glass door, tray, burner grid, rotisserie kit, batteries, knobs, oil cup, end cap, evaporator pan, strainer, enameled/chromes/stainless steel surface/finishing).
3. Damage resulting from the act of neglect or misuse or default or unauthorized service, transportation, improper installation, disassembly, alteration and modification by any unauthorized party.
4. Damage caused directly or indirectly by acts of Government strikes, lockout, fire explosion, attack of household pests, act of God, lightning, flood, pollution or any cause beyond the control of FOTILE Marketing Sdn Bhd.
5. Abnormal voltage or the use of a generator and/or used not in accordance to the instruction in the installation manual, such as usage of improper plugs (15A, 13A, etc).
6. Damage due to improper operating, cleaning, or maintaining not in accordance to the instruction manuals, such as the use of unsuitable cleaning agents or chemicals.
7. Damage caused by chemical reaction, excessive heat, excessive dust and corrosive surroundings happened in the house.
